UNH Coach's show returns Monday
DURHAM - The UNH Coach's Show with University of New Hampshire head football coach Sean McDonnell returns to the Wildcat Sports Radio Network for its 2012 season premiere Monday from 7 to 8 p.m. live from Buffalo Wild Wings at the Fox Run Mall in Newington.
Every Monday night during the regular season,McDonnell and a member of the UNH football team will break down the previous weekend's game and look ahead to the following week's opponent with host Mike Murphy during the live program. Fans are encouraged to join the show in person or tweet their questions for Coach Mac in advance to @UNHWildcats.
To celebrate Monday's debut show at Buffalo Wild Wings, the UNH cheerleading team will be on hand, and all fans in attendance during the first commercial break will receive one complimentary ticket to the Wildcats' Sept. 15 home opener (noon) at Cowell Stadium against Central Connecticut State.
The show will originate from flagship stations WGIR 610-AM in Manchester, The Wave (96.7 FM) in Portsmouth and The Sports Animal (930-AM) in Rochester. Each program will also be streamed live and archived by Stretch Internet at www.unhwildcats.com.
UNH (1-0, 0-0 CAA) visits the University of Minnesota (1-0, 0-0 Big Ten) of the Football Bowl Subdivision on Saturday for a noon (EDT) kickoff at TCF Bank Stadium. The Wildcats open the home portion of their schedule at Cowell Stadium against Central Connecticut State on Sept. 15, at noon.
