The event is a costume party and there will be beads and masks sold at the door for those not in costume. In addition, there will be food, a DJ, silent auction items and raffle items.

The amount of money raised will be announced at halftime of this year's Shrine Maple Sugar Bowl, which will be held Aug. 4 at Dartmouth College.
"I have never forgotten my visit to the Shriners Hospital in Springfield when i was a player and now I have an opportunity to help those children again," Carr said.
