Player nominations for the inaugural CHaD New Hampshire East-West High School All-Star Game are due prior to Dec. 15. The game will benefit the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD) and Kristen's Gift, a restricted-fund for pediatric oncology at CHaD.

Coaches can download the nomination form at www.CHaDAllStarFootball.org. Each team can have as many as five players nominated.

This year's game is June 23 and will be played at the University of New Hampshire.
