UNH releases TV schedule

UNH logo.jpgDURHAM -- The University of New Hampshire has released its 2011 television schedule, which features five Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) games, highlighted by the Colonial Clash against Massachusetts at Gillette Stadium on Oct. 22 and the Senior Day battle versus Maine at Cowell Stadium on Nov. 19. 

The Wildcats are scheduled to play their first televised game at Richmond on Sept. 24 in a 3:30 p.m. matchup. Three weeks later, on Oct. 15, UNH returns to Virginia for a noon kickoff against William & Mary at Zable Stadium.

The Colonial Clash versus UMass will kick off at 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 22. The inaugural Clash, a 39-13 Wildcats' victory over the Minutemen on Oct. 23, 2010, was the highest-rated television game in CAA history with a 0.88 rating on Comcast SportsNet New England.

UNH's Homecoming game against Rhode Island on Oct. 29 represents the first televised home game of the campaign, and the schedule culminates with the annual Battle for the Brice-Cowell Musket against Maine in the Nov. 19 regular-season finale.

Here is a look at the tentative UNH television schedule, which includes games on Comcast SportsNet New England (CSN-NE), The Comcast Network (TCN) and Cox 11 (COX11) in Hampton Roads, Va. Times, games and networks are subject to change:
