Bishop Guertin quarterback Steve Cuipa will continue his football career at Division II St. Anselm College.
Cuipa, a Merrimack resident, guided BG to the NHIAA Division II state championship in each of the last two seasons.
Running back/defensive back Mike Kelly, Cuipa's high school teammate, signed a national letter of intent to play at the University of New Hampshire on Wednesday, the first day players could make binding commitments to Division I and Division II schools. Kelly is expected to play on the defensive side of the ball in college.
Lebanon High School running back Cody Patch was the only other New Hampshire player who committed to a Division I school Wednesday. Patch, who helped Lebanon win the first state title in the program's history last season, will play for Dartmouth College.
