  • Team records: UNH is 7-4 overall and 5-3 in the CAA. Bethune-Cookman is 10-1 overall and 7-1 in the MEAC.
  • Pointspread: UNH opened as a 17-point favorite. The line is currently UNH -18.

  • Noteworthy: Bethune-Cookman earned an automatic postseason berth by winning the MEAC regular-championship under first-year head coach Brian Jenkins. Bethune-Cookman is averaging 441 yards and 39.8 points per game. Bethune-Cookman QB Matt Johnson was named the MEAC Offensive Player of the Year. ... Bethune-Cookman's only loss came against Florida A&M 38-27 in its last game. ... UNH lost three of its first five games, but earned its seventh playoff berth in as many seasons by winning five of its next six contests. UNH beat the 2009 national champion (Villanova) and the 2008 national champion (Richmond) during that stretch. "It's been a pretty rewarding year in the fact that it's probablythe most difficult schedule we've faced in my 12 years as coach," UNH coach Sean McDonnell said. ... Saturday's game will be Bethune-Cookman's first postseason appearance. ... Bethune-Cookman is 6-0 at home this season. "When you have two good football teams that are well-coached all those extras you can throw out the window," Jenkins said. "Our playing at home and having the better record is not going to give us any more strength or energy. Their being experienced in the playoffs is not going to give them any more strength or energy." ... Saturday's winner will play either Delaware (9-2) or Lehigh (10-2) in the quarterfinals. ...
