In a 35-26 win over first-place New Haven, Woodson-Samuels made his second career start and finished the game 21 for 28 for 230 yards and three touchdowns as the Hawks likely ended the NCAA hopes for New Haven. In the third quarter, Woodson-Samuels was a perfect 6 for 6 with two touchdowns as the Hawks turned a 10-7 halftime deficit into a lead the visitors never relinquished. He added 37 yards rushing to account for 267 yards of total offense.

The Hawks close out the 2010 season on Saturday, when it will travel to Southern Connecticut for a 1 p.m. start at Jess Dow Field.
