Shrine practice kicks off Thursday

New Hampshire leads the all-time series againt Vermont 41-13-2 and extended its winning streak to nine games by posting a 40-6 victory over Vermont last summer. Vermont has failed to score more than seven points in four of the last five games.

This year's contest will be played Aug. 7 (2:30 p.m.) at Windsor (Vt.) High School's MacLeay-Royce Field.

Ken Sciacca, who resigned as Kennett High School's head coach following the 2009 season, will serve as New Hampshire's head coach. Essex High School's Charlie Burnett will guide Vermont..

General admission tickets for the game are now on sale at more than 80 outlets throughout New Hampshire and Vermont. General admission tickets are $8 if purchased in advance or $10 on game day.
