UNH recruit shines in all-star game

UNH logo.jpgRunning back Nico Steriti, who commited to the University of New Hampshire earlier this year, was among the standouts in Sunday's 13th New Jersey vs. Northeast All-Star Classic played at Rutgers Stadium.

Steriti rushed for 82 yards and scored the game's first touchdown on a 7-yard run. He was named New Jersey's offensive MVP.

Steriti played for Toms River East and gained 1,623 yards during his senior season. He set a school record by scoring 46 touchdowns during his high school career.
