Holderman named Kennett's coach
Michael Holderman has been selected to replace Ken Sciacca as Kennett High School's football coach. Sciacca, who will be New Hampshire's coach in this summer's Shrine Maple Sugar Bowl, announced his retirement following the 2009 season.
Holderman was an assistant on Sciacca's staff last season.
Before coming to Kennett, Holderman was an assistant coach at Division III Delaware Valley College and at Boyertown Area Senior High in Boyertown, Pa.
