Griffin surfaces in Jacksonville

Griffin, a 1992 UNH graduate, will serve as an offensive assistant coach.

Griffin (pictured) was fired as Murray State's head coach with one game remaining in the 2009 season. The Racers were 11-33 in his four seasons as head coach.

Griffin led UNH to the Yankee Conference championship in 1991. He began his coaching career at Plymouth State College.
