Nick Schmalhofer, a 6-foot-4, 240-pound offensive/defensive lineman from Lancaster (Pa.) Catholic High School, is among the players the University of New Hampshire is trying to lure to Durham during the current recruiting period.

According to a story on Rivals.com., Schmalhofer has scholarship offers from Appalachian State, UNH, Stony Brook and Western Carolina. The story says William & Mary and the University of Rhode Island have also shown some interest.

UNH was scheduled to visit Schmalhofer at his home earlier this week.
