Yale logo.jpgTom Williams, a former assistant coach with the Jacksonville Jaguars, is expected to be named Yale's head coach at a press conference Wednesday afternoon.

Williams will replace Jack Siedlecki, who retired following the 2008 season. Siedlecki served as Yale's head coach for 12 seasons.

There are four New Hampshire residents on Yale's roster: freshman quarterback Bryan Farris (Derry); senior offensive lineman Bryan Kana (Bedford); freshman defensive lineman Reed Spiller (Portsmouth); and senior fullback Shebby Swett (Bow). Farris played at Pinkerton Academy, Kana played for Bishop Guertin, Spiller played at Portsmouth and Swett played for Bow.

Two other players on the Yale roster played football in New Hampshire: junior place-kicker Tom Mante, who lives in Westford, Mass., and played at BG; and senior defensive lineman Aroqundade Uthman, who lives in Staten Island, N.Y., and played at Phillips Exeter Academy.
