All-American Bowl kicks off Saturday
The 2009 U.S. Army All-American Bowl, a game that features some of the top high school talent in the nation, will be played Saturday in San Antonio. The opening kickoff is set for noon, and the game can be seen on NBC.
The East roster includes three players from New England: Brennan Williams, a 6-foot-6, 260-pound offensive tackle from Catholic Memorial High School in West Roxbury, Mass.; Joshua Adams, a 6-foot-4, 200-pound wide receiver from Cheshire Academy in Cheshire, Conn.; and Jake Golic, a 6-foot-4, 202-pound tight end from Northwest Catholic High School in West Hartford, Conn.
